About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing virtual individual and couple's therapy sessions. I specialize in addiction, anxiety/OCD, and relationship satisfaction. My training includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Trauma-Informed Care. I am also trained in the Gottman method for couple's therapy.

I believe that our power comes from our ability to intentionally choose how to respond to life's stressors. We harness that power by allowing ourselves to experience our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, however uncomfortable they may be. By "leaning in" to our inner world, we learn how to listen to ourselves. When we understand and advocate for our needs, wants, and values, we cultivate authenticity and resilience. We THRIVE.

In my personal life, I embody a thriving mindset. One of my mantras is "Choose the path that makes life bigger." My husband and I bring that attitude into our family life, as we (currently) have our son, 2 dogs (Brooks and Riley), and 2 cats (Luna and Selah). When I am not spending time with my family (or vacuuming pet hair), I love connecting with friends, reading, and engaging in physical activity.
