Cost

I am both an in-network provider and out-of-network provider, depending on your location and your insurance. I know this process can be confusing, so if you have any questions, please reach out! I am happy to work with you to help keep therapy accessible.

In-Network Provider

I am in-network with Aetna of Virginia. If you are located in Virginia, and have Aetna, you can use your insurance benefits for our sessions. Your cost per session will depend on your insurance plan. For your convenience, I use Headway, which will work directly with your insurance company for you.

Out-of-Network

Individual therapy session cost: $200 per session

Couple's therapy session cost: $200 per session

If you are using your out-of-network insurance benefits, I will provide you with a monthly Superbill. These documents are formatted so that you can submit them directly to your insurance company and receive reimbursement in accordance with your out-of-network benefits.
